Booking and Payment Policy

- To schedule your driving lessons, please contact our office directly. 0417 855 512

 Driving Packages Available:

- We offer a variety of driving lesson packages to suit your needs. Please inquire for more details.

 

 Payment Requirements:

- Payment is required upfront to secure your lessons.

- Lessons are not confirmed until payment is received.

 Choice of Date, Time, and Instructor:

-While we strive to accommodate your preferred date, time, and instructor, availability cannot always be guaranteed.


Rescheduling and Delays:

- Occasionally, lessons may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as a driver's test or a special needs occupational assessment.

- We make every effort to minimize disruption and will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

- Please be aware that delays may occur due to traffic conditions.

 

Privacy:

- Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice: - We request that cancellations be made between 48 and 24 hours in advance.

- Same-day cancellations are at the instructor's discretion.

- For no-shows, the lesson fee is forfeited.

 

Refunds:

- If you decide not to proceed with your lessons, you may request a refund.

- We accept payments online via PayPal, Direct Deposit, and BPay.

- Starting from 1st July 2024, credit card payments will incur a merchant surcharge due to increased processing costs.
