LESSON DELIVERY PRINCIPLES POLICY

All Spotto Driving School Gold Coast Pty Ltd staff and contractors will, at all times, provide a standard of service that is consistent within the policy and procedures outlined in this manual.

 

Staff will not carry out tasks requiring qualifications or training that they do not have.

Staff will promptly report concerns about the safety of their students to the Director so that appropriate action can be taken. Please refer to the Incident Management Policy.

Students will be encouraged to always make their own decisions regarding their services. This may require the support of other persons as per the Independence and Informed Choice Policy.

 

In managing behaviours of concern staff will first ensure their own safety and the safety of others.

 

Students have a right to complain about Spotto Driving School’s services and they and any support person should be altered to the Feedback, Compliments and Complaints Policy.
