About Spotto

Spotto is known as one of the Gold Coast’s most inclusive and trusted driving schools, supporting learners, seniors, and drivers with disabilities. Lessons are tailored for each student, with a focus on patience, safety, and real-world skills on local roads.​

The role: Driving Instructor

As a Spotto Driving Instructor, you guide learners of all ages and abilities through each stage of their driving journey. You will deliver both automatic and manual lessons, create personalised plans, and keep lessons calm, supportive, and encouraging.​

What you’ll be doing

• Teaching safe, confident driving skills to a variety of learners.​
• Providing both manual and automatic lessons where qualified.​
• Tailoring each lesson to the student’s goals, abilities, and confidence level.​
• Keeping accurate records of lessons and student progress.​
• Staying up to date with road rules and best-practice safety.​
• Being available for some Saturday lessons to support demand.​

What we’re looking for

• Accredited driving instructor with a valid Queensland licence.​
• Clear, friendly communicator who can put nervous learners at ease.​
• Patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about road safety.​
• Confident teaching both automatic and manual (where applicable).​
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.​
• Happy to be featured on our social media as part of our community.​
